When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS First Class Mail.

 

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can exchange or re-size items. Please contact us before sending anything back. When you send the item back, please pack it safely in the original packaging or in a box. Please don't send anything in a regular envelope; it will most likely come back damaged. The cost of exchanging or re-sizing is another shipping fee of $5 (for the US - international orders are more), and if there is a ring with a stone you need to re-size we charge $3 to re-size to cover the cost of extra material being used.

 

How do I find my ring size?

You can purchase an inexpensive ring sizer from us. Printed sizers online - or using a string can be tricky and often inaccurate. You can also go to a local jewelry store to have your finger sized - or an existing ring. Keep in mind that a wider band usually needs to be sized up a quarter or a half size up.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within the US on orders from our website. If you want to order from outside the US, please visit our Etsy shop: www.birkasvandinavian.etsy.com. Delivery times vary due COVID-19, holidays, USPS short staffing, and other reasons we can not control. We do our best to make and ship your order as fast as possible to have it with you quickly.

IMPORTANT NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes & Additional Postage and Handling Fees. Please check your country's Customs rules and regulations before ordering. **These charges are NOT included in the price!

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Your order will come in an organza pouch. If you would like a gift box, please leave a message at checkout. If your item is a gift sent directly to the recipient we can include a note if you wish. Please note that orders are not sent with a receipt (except for international order that will have a receipt due to possible Customs inspections).

 

Will the shipping cost be higher if I order more than one item?

No, you will only pay the flat shipping rate no matter how many items you order.

 

Is your jewelry intended for children?

No, our jewelry is intended for adults and older teenagers.

 

Where can I buy your jewelry where all proceeds are donated to animal charity organizations?

I did not receive my package, what should I do?

Delays do not occur very often, but may sometimes happen especially in COVID-19, holiday times and because of random Custom checks. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our control. We have to wait for 21 days for Domestic orders, and 45 days for International orders before the package is considered as lost. At that point, we either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
