Returns & Exchange Policy
If you need to re-size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will give you instructions how to proceed.
There is a re-sizing fee of $5 per exchange or re-sizing. This includes the shipping back to you. We take care of re-sizing issues promptly. Some custom orders can not be exchanged (such as earrings for hygiene reasons, sale items, satin finish items, oxidized rings and one-of-a-kind items). The customer pays for return shipping both ways. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The item must be unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
